His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, President of Dubai’s Department of Civil Aviation, has made an on-site inspection of the additional exhibition facilities for Dubai Air show which starts from November 15.
Running from 15 to 19 November at the Airport Expo in Dubai, the biennial air show is the foremost aerospace event in the Middle East and the fastest growing in the world.
Sponsored by Emirates Airline, the new ‘Emirates Hall’ covers 7,025sqm,
with 5,000sqm for exhibition stands and 1,200sqm for an enhanced press
centre. The additional exhibition space brings the total air show area to
325,513sqm, which includes the static aircraft display park.
The Boeing-sponsored press centre features larger work and rest areas for
the media, plus increased press conference facilities and board rooms.
